My name is Sebhan, I'm 20 years old, and I'm the founder of Un Amour Soyeux, a brand based in Geneva. I've always strived to optimize every aspect of my life: exercise, discipline, nutrition, and, of course, sleep. We spend a third of our lives sleeping, yet many neglect this essential element of their well-being.

That's why I launched Un Amour Soyeux, with a simple idea: to improve sleep while taking care of your skin. Currently, I only offer silk sleep masks, but my goal is to expand the range to offer even more products dedicated to quality rest.

Quality is what I prioritize most. Each mask is made with premium silk, carefully selected for its soft feel, optimal breathability, and durability. In addition to promoting deeper sleep, silk is also beneficial for the skin: it reduces friction, limits dehydration, and helps prevent marks and imperfections.

For me, sleeping well is part of a holistic balance. A healthy body requires a good diet, smart training, and restorative sleep. It's by optimizing these three pillars that we can truly be our best selves.
